Estate Form 706
Hendrick & Kellison, LLC. provides services for personal representatives [PR] and successor trustees. We realize that dealing with a loved one’s death is challenging. Our goal is to make the tax reporting requirements as pain free as possible. The most common compliment we receive is: “Thank you, you made this process so smooth and easy, and you reduced my stress.” We have experience in preparing over 200 estate tax returns. In Oregon, an estate tax return is required when gross assets of the decedent at death exceeded $1,000,000. Oftentimes a return is required, even when no tax is owed. If you have been appointed as a PR or are a successor trustee, we are happy to assist you in meeting your fiduciary obligations. This is a very specialized area of the tax law. Let us put our expertise to work for you.
Trust Form 1041

We have experience with Simple Trusts, Complex Trusts, Bypass Trusts, Non-Marital Trusts, Survivor’s Trusts, Marital Trusts, A trusts, B Trusts as well as Special Needs Trusts. In addition to Form 1041, we also have experience with Charitable Remainder Trusts and Private Foundations.
