Where's my Refund? - Federal

Worried about having not received your refund yet? This tool gives you the current status of your federal refund. To use it, you will need your: Social Security number or ITIN, filing status, and exact refund amount

Where's my Refund? - Oregon

This tool gives you the current status of your Oregon Refund. For Corporate Tax, you will need:
your Federal employer identification number (FEIN) and the exact refund amount shown on Line 32 of your Form OR-20, or Line 26 of your Form OR-20-I, or Line 36 of your Form OR-20-INS, or Line 27 or your Form OR-20-S.

For Personal Income Tax,
you will need your: Social Security number (SSN) or individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN), Filing status, and the exact refund amount shown on Line 43 of your Form OR-40, or Line 69 of your Form OR-40-N, or Line 68 of your Form OR-40-P.

​​You can check the status of your refund on the Oregon Department of Revenue website (Where's My Refund?), or through their automated phone system at 503-378-4988 or toll-free at 800-356-4222. 

Where's my Amended Return?

Your amended return will take up to 3 weeks after you mailed it to appear in the IRS system. Processing the return can take up to 16 weeks. To use this tool, you will need your: Social Security number, date of birth and zip code.

IRS Tax Withholding Estimator

Reasons to check your withholding:​
  • Reviewing your withholding can help protect against the risk of having too little tax withheld, which could result in  unexpected tax bills or penalties during the next tax season.
